ONE

Wired or Wireless (for each console): Was Wireless now hard wired same problem

Things you have tried: Restarting modem hard wiring opening port 3075

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown: YES

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: MODERATE on BLACK OPS 3 OPEN on XBOX ONE

Any Error Codes you encounter: Port 3075 tried to use to open nate type

Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider):
Windstream

Wired or Wireless (for each console): was wireless now wired

Things you have tried: restarting modem opening port 3075

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown: yes

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: XBOX ONE is OPEN BO3 is MODERATE

Any Error Codes you encounter: port 3075

Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider): Windstream

 

Make sure you are running the most current firmware on your router. Then try setting up a static/reserved IP address for your xbox one then do a port forward of 3074 (UDP and TCP). Let us know. Good Luck!!
