    Hi ! I have a probleme, battlefield 1 tell me that I lost my connection with the server ! error code (2000). I can't connect in ligne. i could yesterday but not today do you know what's happened?

    And I'm also getting kicked from Battlefield 4 after a few minutes too. "lost connection to xbox live" "lost connection to EA servers". Then check xbox live connection and it says everything is fine. connection lost battlefield 1 :(

    Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4

    I purchased Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4. I can play the campaigns but cannot access multiplayer on either account. I have tried to uninstall/re-install, clear the cache but it will not allow me access to the multiplayer for either game. Battlefield
    one says my access is denied and battlefield 4 says I have lost connection and when I press "x", I get nothing.

    BEst thing to do is to contact official support since only they can tell you what has happened.
