Anyone else having issues? My internet seems to be fine, but I've been routinely kicked pretty much all day

Oh yeah lol if that doesn't work, it could be a memory problem, lack of,

or, and dependant on what your using to connect, like i use my phones hotspot, but lack memory in general so need a new phone, em hmm what else, oh yeah the usual turn ya router phone off for 2 min and reboot everything, let me know how ya get on.

Get your ISP to check your connection if your ping is that bad (although you don`t actually state what it is).

Update!

With the ethernet cable plugged I experienced no disconnections. I think that the problem is with my flatemates xbox as i've used the wifi adapter at home on my own xbox without problems. I Think i'll just buy a 15m ethernet cable, dont think they are too
expensive.

It's most likely caused by that moderate NAT you say is showing up. You'll need to either port-forward the necessary ports for Xbox LIVE to your Xbox console, or you'll need to put your Xbox in your router's DMZ.
