Connection issues

Lately I have been disconnecting from my freinds party's and dissconecting from almost every game but my profile doesn't log out of xbox live it stays on but lags me out of party's and especially gta every 10 minutes or less. ITS NOT MY INTERNET IT HAS ONLY
BEEN HAPPENING RECENTLY. so what's the solution to this please help!!!!

Anyone else having issues? My internet seems to be fine, but I've been routinely kicked pretty much all day

I've been experiencing the same thing but I unplug my modem for 10-20 minutes and it's usually fine but I've been getting disconnected as well

Update!

With the ethernet cable plugged I experienced no disconnections. I think that the problem is with my flatemates xbox as i've used the wifi adapter at home on my own xbox without problems. I Think i'll just buy a 15m ethernet cable, dont think they are too
expensive.

Should I connect that through the router or to the modem directly?

It's most likely caused by that moderate NAT you say is showing up. You'll need to either port-forward the necessary ports for Xbox LIVE to your Xbox console, or you'll need to put your Xbox in your router's DMZ.
