Connection Issues

I've had my Xbox one for awhile now and have been experiencing a fairly annoying connection issue since I bought the console.

My wireless controller disconnects on a regular basis, and usually it takes me a good while to reconnect it. If I do manage to get it up and running for a period of time it disconnects again, and then suddenly I lose my internet connection too. This happens
during games and while using apps like Netflix.

My controller has a rechargable pack, which according to the console is fully charged, there isn't any metal objects near the console to disrupt its connection, and no other wireless devices (laptops, phones, tablets etc) are disconnecting from my router
(Virgin Media Superhub)

Has anyone else experienced anything like this or know if there is something I am doing wrong with my setting etc?

Anyone else having issues? My internet seems to be fine, but I've been routinely kicked pretty much all day

One "bee" error code after another, it's driving me nuts!

Me and @JDemon751 were playing earlier and things were fine.

 

The problem should not be based on your current settings. I'm assuming you have a USB - micro-USB cable somewhere in your house (most people do). Try connecting the Xbox controller in a wired format. Does the same problem occur? Tell me the answer to allow
me to provide more help for you.

Connection issues on my end, as well, affecting game play. This is alerted on the XBox website, but has been occurring for 2, going on 3, days straight now. It is clear that the problem is with XBox servers as it is admitted that "there's a problem on
our side." XBox Live Gold members pay for the service. It might seem fair to a rational individual that compensation is in order - perhaps in 2 to 3 days comped for XBox Live Gold.

 

I assume that now that this thread is in-active you no longer need help with your problem?
