    I am constantly getting disconnected from xbox live for no apparent reason and is causing me to lose games of fifa and progress from other games, this has been happening for a while now and I'd appreciate if you can do something

    Anyone else having issues? My internet seems to be fine, but I've been routinely kicked pretty much all day

    One "bee" error code after another, it's driving me nuts!

    Hey there iWilliam23!

    Sorry to hear about the connection issues! I recommend trying a few steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

    Please give the following steps a try:

    • First, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Unplug the power cord to your modem, router or gateway.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console, modem, router or gateway.
    • Power on your console and check to see if you are continuing to experience disconnects.
    If the connection issues continue to occur, I recommend running through the steps listed in our Xbox One disconnect solution page. Also, make sure to run the Xbox
    speed test utility to verify your console's internet connection. After trying the suggested steps, be sure to let us know the results. Thanks in advance!

    Update!

    With the ethernet cable plugged I experienced no disconnections. I think that the problem is with my flatemates xbox as i've used the wifi adapter at home on my own xbox without problems. I Think i'll just buy a 15m ethernet cable, dont think they are too
    expensive.

    It's most likely caused by that moderate NAT you say is showing up. You'll need to either port-forward the necessary ports for Xbox LIVE to your Xbox console, or you'll need to put your Xbox in your router's DMZ.
