    While it's fun to point fingers at people who may have caused this problem, it's better to inform the technicians where the problems are occurring in hopes of a expedited recovery.

    Still waiting for a service alert on this Microsoft... It appears to be happening to everyone on xbox live right now from what I've been hearing, some acknowledgement that you are at least aware of it and working on it would be nice

    Connection issues?

    Cannot log in or play or load any games on line. I get a code of 0x87DD0019. Its been 2 days now. How much longer and what will be done about all of this for everyone???

    I can log in to some games (Pinball Arcade, for example), but not others including Madden, Dragon Age, and Minecraft. Amazon Prime and ESPN video apps work, but Netflix and Starz does not.

    In addition, all of the sudden my Xbox One Kinect does not work properly.

    I have the same problems no games are loading even if I am trying to just play offline franchise on Madden. Any word from Microsoft at all????

    Resetting to factory defaults fixed the issues.

    Update!

    With the ethernet cable plugged I experienced no disconnections. I think that the problem is with my flatemates xbox as i've used the wifi adapter at home on my own xbox without problems. I Think i'll just buy a 15m ethernet cable, dont think they are too
    expensive.

    It's most likely caused by that moderate NAT you say is showing up. You'll need to either port-forward the necessary ports for Xbox LIVE to your Xbox console, or you'll need to put your Xbox in your router's DMZ.
