    Connection Issues


    I haven't been able to connect to the online features in this game since I bought it last week. My system is connected to the internet and all other games work fine. My NAT connection is set to open too. Any suggestions or is the network just busted on this
    game?

    Anyone else having issues? My internet seems to be fine, but I've been routinely kicked pretty much all day

    One "bee" error code after another, it's driving me nuts!

    Unfortunately that's not the issue. When I run test connection I get "It's all good". The only game I'm having online connection issues with is Mass Effect Andromeda.

    If you've gone through the troubleshooting steps, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the game, then we strongly suggest speaking with
    EA Support if it's only affecting Mass Effect: Andromeda.

    Fingers crossed that this gets fixed for you soon and you're able to enjoy the game!

    Update!

    With the ethernet cable plugged I experienced no disconnections. I think that the problem is with my flatemates xbox as i've used the wifi adapter at home on my own xbox without problems. I Think i'll just buy a 15m ethernet cable, dont think they are too
    expensive.

    It's most likely caused by that moderate NAT you say is showing up. You'll need to either port-forward the necessary ports for Xbox LIVE to your Xbox console, or you'll need to put your Xbox in your router's DMZ.
