Connection Issues Xbox Live and Netflix

Ok. Something strange has happened. And it started to occur after this big update (making it poosible to stream from Netflix without beeing logged in to xbox live).

Whenever I watch a movie or serie (this happened also during a videostream from xboxvideo), I suddenly and randomly sign out from my account. All I have to do is to sign in again and it works. So I started to search around for this problem and got some solutions.
First I did a network-test, and I got an error about restarting my router. After I followed these steps a new networktest on the xbox concurred that everything was OK. But still these sign-outs happends randomly. I've searched the xbox settings hoping to find
and deactivate the "signout after awhile" option. But I can't find such an option.

I've also redownloaded my profile twice without any success.

Is this a common known error after the update with (hopefully) a fix? Or is there a chance that my router still has some issues that the xbox can't detect by it self?

Have any of you had any issues with your Xbox Live apps today? I use Netflix, Crackle, and Hulu through my Xbox on a daily basis but today, I am having issues getting any of them to load. I know it's not my internet connection, because I don't have any issues when I'm on my computer. Is it just me?

Hey, babbustaman! Sorry that you're running into this! Hopefully we can get you sorted out and get your account to stop signing out randomly.

First, when you test your connection, it should give you an error message. It will be located above the instructions that it gives. It sounds like it might be a specific NAT type? Please let us know what that exact message is.

Also, what I would like you to do is
delete your profile only one more time for me. Then
clear the cache 3 times and redownload your profile. Let me know if that fixes the issue, and post back if it doesn't.

Do you know what your internet speeds are, too? If you do, please post those back as well.

This was a routerissue. I ordered a new router from my isp and everything seem to be working fine now.

This can be marked as "solved" now.
