    Connection issues with Live


    I've been having the problem for 4 days now. The internet is fine, I've gone through all the error code fixes and still nothing. Has anyone had any luck?

    Ryse Achievements not unlocking

    Live was having some connection issues the thing with achievement is if live is having issues you cannot unlock x1 achievements.
    The achievement community was groining about this yesterday as nothing was unlocking

    Xbox live connection issue

    dependin on the xb1 and what update you are on this can happen.. the newer update with the user interface similar to windows10 had a big update to part chatt.. it even expanded how many in the party.. pre the windows 10 update allot of users had issues with chatt with people in the preview program and people not.. not sure if the problems still exist..

    Hey there SoliderDragon79! If you're only experiencing trouble connecting in one game, can I have you try deleting any DLC you have for that game along with the most recent title updates to see if it resolves your disconnection issue? If you continue to

    Been on to the help desk again, tried USB update and all the cache cleans etc mentioned on the support pages/forum, other than try again letter, the xbox support agent didn't tell me anything other than try again later! great help........

    Hey there craigdubai!

    Just to double check, did you try rolling back the update on your console? The correct sequence is as follows:

    • Go to Settings, then System, then Storage.
    • On your controller, press this button sequence: LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X.
    • Select Yes/OK.
    • Let your console restart/redownload any needed updates.

    I just wanted to make sure I understood that you did in fact try this.

    If you did try that, I suggest giving these steps a shot:

    • Power your console off.
    • Remove your hard drive.
    • Power your console on.
    • See if it boots up without issue or if it prompts you for an update.

    Let us know what it says when you power your console on without a hard drive in and we'll keep working with you from there! ^_^
