Connection Issues to Xbox Live when in X360 mode

I can't play toy soldier/battleblock theater ecc...because i can't donload my xbox 360 account.

Sorry to hear you're having issues connecting to Xbox Live.

As you mentioned these issues first appeared when you got a new modem,

1. What Make/Model modem are you currently using?
2. When you run a Connection Test on your console, is it failing? If so, where?
3. Have you tried the steps in our
   Connection Error Troubleshooter?

Please let us know and we'll work from there.
