    Connection issues remain in my area


    Got the call notification at 9:02 central that connection issues had been resolved, but yet I can't seem to sign in on either xbox one or 360, but I can sign in on my PC. There seems to be some ping issues in my AR Little Rock area and internet issues that
    have been attributed to the Little Rock School District in their setup of new connections to their new computers. Don't know it that is a related issue. Will attempt to sign in at either console at a later time. Call back message said to check status at
    xbox.com/status So far the connection issue in my area appears to be unresolved.

    NAT type open on console, STRICT on cod AW what can I do

    Having an open NAT doesnt necessarily help with in game "connections" nor LAG. Open NAT will help joining parties and finding some games, but overall connection issues will remain.

    Can connect to Network/Internet...But not to XBox Live

    No issues for years, but now we cannot connect to xbox live. Have Frontier (formally Verizon in my area). Have tried a wired connection and wireless (main way of connecting). My xbox one has no issues. We have trired all the different steps posted with
    no success. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

    Wish I would have read these post before going through clearing the cache, switching back and forth through wireless and wired connections, playing with the router settings and what not. Finally was able to connect to xbox live for a second for it to tell
    me there is a service alert. This is what I found
