Connection Issues Need to be Addressed, or gonna use alternatives...

Network Connection Troubleshooter posted on our website, also try clearing the Network Card Cache (Alternate MAC Address)

To clear the alternate MAC assuming you're on Xbox One and not PC it's

Select Clear and then Restart

Try go to Xbox Network Settings (under system settings). Go to Advanced Settings. Select Alternate MAC address and then Clear. This will clear your consoles IP settings back to default. Power cycle your console and you should be good to go.

Also, if any of you are able to use a wired connection, that will fix the issue... even if you are using an alternate MAC address. I, unfortunately, don't have access to a wired connections so I can't use that method.

Clearing the Alternate MAC address on your Xbox One shouldn't cause your console to be unable to connect to the internet. To resolve the issue, you can try resetting your Xbox One's network settings to their default values. Here are the steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Go to Settings > Network > Network settings.

Select "Advanced settings."

Select "Alternate MAC address" and choose "Clear."

Go back to the Network settings menu and select "Network reset."

Follow the prompts to reset your network settings.

After the reset, your Xbox One will restart, and you'll need to set up your network connection again.
