Connection issues / delta

hi when I connect to the division, I can't play the game it's really laggy and get delta a lot, I've tried other game and it's the same (connection issues), it's definitely not my internet and everything is ok on that side,

Hey Delta! To confirm that these issues occur only when the Xbox 360 console is not in the same room as your router could you, as a test, try a wired connection? And also test a wireless connection with the console in the same room as your router?

Sorry to hear it. Just to be certain can you please run a test at speedtest.net and post your results here? Include the Ping, Up and Download speeds.

While you're doing that hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down to clear the cache.

Yes im in the insider program im in stage delta and the issue still occurs after a cache clear
