Connection issues and disconnecting constantly

Just curious. How did you resolve this issue?

 

Same here. "Check your connection" shows a good connection, all services up however, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO GO, ShowTime apps all not working.

 

Im now going on 3 days of not just spotty service, but almost impossible to get. we have 2 x1 consoles in the house and the randomness as to which one is working at the moment is beyond frustrating. We have had maybe a total of 4-5 hours in the last 3
days where both consoles are working right. As of right now the upstairs one is working fine and able to get into everything, the downstairs one on the other hand cant open a single app, all I keep getting is "this game or app requires an internet connect,
please sign into xbox live to use this" problem is, i do have an internet connection, and I am signed in. even running the network test for xbl and multiplayer comes up saying everything is good.... Is anyone else experiencing this same issue? according
to xbox support only a few apps like ign and maxim are affected right now and that everything else is up and running... I tried tweeting @xboxsupport a few hours ago but have heard nothing, which is extremely odd becasuse i have never had to wait more than
an hour or so for a response. this makes me think they know what is going on but are not saying anything yet....

 

Iv been havin same [Mod Removed] problem past few days I have xb live gold I have awesome internet connection all the tests are coming back everything is great Iv hard reset a few times now.. As I am also uninstalling and reinstalling my destiny game cause
all I kept getting is no xb live or no internet connection or as destiny says I get wasp error codes and everything else under the sun because no internet and or xb live membership imma bout to lose my [Mod Removed] here I hopped into support to try chat got
nothing did the stupid get a call back time wait was 334 min!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yet still no call no chat no nothing!!!!!

 

ok so I spent a half hour with Microsoft support they still claimed it was my end. no real help so I decided to just factory reset my xbox one and reinstalled a game happened to be cod and boom I was on no problems but a strict nat still but I could play.
played a couple multiplayer games and shut it down. pretty sad I didn't want to play after 2 days of trying everything in the support site.

 

Showing us a status update is not an answer as to WHY we can not get into our games.. But what are the dam odds even though the stuff we wana do like play destiny or something is impossible right now or the fact we have our internet connections we have our
xb live gold memberships hell we hard reset everything a million times over reset out routers and modems every freaking thing we already knew to do if crap like this happens " which happens waaaaaaay to dam much for a multi billion dollar company!!!!" Just
sayin..... But through all this chaos and hardship of just simply wanting to play the games we spend our hard earned money on that you are more that glad to take, after all of this the one thing that you will let us do regardless no matter how messed up everything
else is???????????????????????

That you will sure as F*#KIN hell will still let us still buy content though your xb live store on the very same freaking Console that's telling us we don't have xb live or internet connection...!!!! What are the odds of that hmmmmm!!!!!

 

oh I know I just reupped my yearly gold and a season pass on Christmas eve and couldn't do anything for almost 3 days. couldn't even play offline. and no real answers from Microsoft.

 

im confused my xbox one is hard wired to my gateway and I have never had a problem before playing anything nat was always open. since the Christmas bomb I get a message when testing multiplayer connection cannot get teredo ip address. so is this problem
still on there end? its confusing the hell out of me.

 

Getting the same message here, and dont worry your not the only one, last 3 days for xbox users has been crap, MS fails. Haven't seen probs like this since Blizzard improperly stressed tested their servers.

Just set up my new xbox one and it is giving me the error code 0x87DD0006. Are the servers down again or is this a problem with my account. I would really like to play Assassins creed...

 

Still cant connect after xbox support said they have fixed the problem.... What do i do?

 

xbox live is still having problems, bud. I had problems earlier today playing halo online myself. i'm probably not going to renew my subscription in a year when it comes up

 

I got an Xbox One yesterday and have been unable to play online, specifically Advanced Warfare and FIFA 15. I know the internet connection is good because I downloaded the game updates without a problem. And know I am logged into XBox Live because I downloaded
my profile and I can see my friends online. My NAT status is Open.

When I try to play AW online, I get "you must have an active network connection to play xbox live or system link matches".

When I try to play FIFA I get "you must be signed in to xbox live and the ea servers in order to access the online features of this title"

Again, I am online and connected to XBox Live. I know there have been issues because of the hack - is that what is causing the problem? It's hard to know since it's a new box and I haven't been able to play online with it yet.

This thread has not been resolved. I am experiencing this exact issue right now. I cannot group up with friends in game and I cannot hear them if we try starting a party.

 

Yes, entire friends system appears to have gone offline to include party chat and even in game chat due to the entire list showing all users offline.
