connection issues again?!!

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention for support.

I can totally see how not being able to get online at home could be frustrating and confusing.

If you are having connection problems across all your consoles, then I would say that it would make it seem like a problem with your network.

That being said, I would recommend port forwarding your network as outlined in our

Network ports used by Xbox Live on Xbox One article online, as it's usually it's the best way for you to set up your internet to work with Xbox.

When you get a chance, try the reviewing the info and steps there as well as let us know how that helped.

Also try to contact your ISP or look into your router/ modem settings. Sometimes the DNS isn't resolving correctly and may need your attention. Ive had zero issues for the last several months on any of my consoles.

Do you have issues with all the consoles? Because, if so, I'd say it's not the consoles that are an issue but the internet itself. There may be an issue with the router rather than the consoles themselves.

Anyway, if you want to contact someone, Xbox Support are always there.

I've been on the phone for 3 hours and 34 minutes now and still no proper support or fix.

This is my money and I want this sorted.

This was caused by the product glitching on me so it's not even my mistake.

Can someone just fix this for me, no more waiting. I'm done waiting hours, days, weeks and months. I wanted an email changed.. An email.. It's not like I'm changing banks, even that would be quicker. Just. Fix. The. Problem.
