Connection issue

Hello everyone, here. It seems to me that I'm running into a helluva issue. I'll turn the xbox on, play for about 15-20 minutes, and soon after random disconnections start to happen. Just kicks me from xbox live. I've tried every trick under
the sun that I could think of or find online. I've tried the following:

Port Forwarding (53, 80, 88, 3074, 500, 3544, 4500). Each number has their respective protocols correct as well. I must've went over this particular list 20 times to mega check that each piece of info here was put in as it needed to be. 88, 500, 3544,
and 4500 all under UDP, 80 under TPC, and the others are both.

Clear System cache - I've done this a multitude of times in order of - delete profile, clear cache; clear cache, delete profile; delete profile, clear cache, format hard drive; amongst other combinations

Deleting and redownloading profile

Reformatting hard drive

Disabling/Re-enabling PuP

Disabling FasTrack

Playing with Network channels

Hard wired and wireless, the issues remain the same

Moving stuff around

Removing as much interference as possible (Router sitting next to xbox for crying out loud)

Power cycling (turned everything off for 5 minutes, restarted modem first and let all the lights come up, than restarted router and let that finish loading, than xbox)

Manually setting up IP/Subnet/Gateway and matching the IP to the Port Forwards

Disabled all wi-fi devices just so only the xbox is connected to the wi-fi.

There are probably a couple other things I've done too, but I don't remember off the top of my head. I never used to have this problem before, but I changed to a new apartment with a new ISP. They run me at about 35 Mbs and 5Mbs upload speed.

I have a dual-band Western Digital MyNet N900 central router, connected to an **** TM822 Modem.

Almost every error message it gives, it tells me to look up manual port forwarding online and to follow the instructions.

I own an Xbox 360 slim, 250GB.

My other wi-fi devices have no issues being on the internet. I've contacted Xbox customer support and they blame it on my ISP. I've contacted my ISP and they blame it on Microsoft. I'm really at a loss as to what I should do. Any suggestions would be

I live in Eastern Oregon, where supposedly Charter has some of their better services in this region (Charter's words not mine)

I really only have my laptop and Xbox on. Occasionally I'll put my 3DS on too but never at the same time as the xbox.

I can do wireless or wired

Issues with Connecting to Destiny

Anyone else having issues? My internet seems to be fine, but I've been routinely kicked pretty much all day

One "bee" error code after another, it's driving me nuts!
