Connection issue?/ Xbox Live service issue.

Sorry to hear there is an issue with the Xbox Live Services. I recommend to check out

Xbox Live Status every now and then when there is an issue with gaming to see if any of our services are not available.



As per the
Microsoft Service Agreement it is stated that Microsoft isn't liable for any disruption. We are working on getting everything up and running. (There is no way to be compensated for an outage)

Service Availability.

What is the exact gaming issue that occurs? Is this happening to all games (Disc and Digital)? What is the Error message(s) and Code(s) you receive when attempting to launch games/install?

Hi, I think there was a Xbox Live service issue, that some users may experience issues connecting to Live. I guess you were one of them.

If you have issues again, you can look via the following link if there are any issues with the Xbox Live service:

There's a problem with users on Xfinity/Comcast service having issues connecting to Xbox Live. Comcast is aware of the issue and working to resolve it.

please, when you find this problem check Xbox Live service status.

If there are any issues in the service, you'll have to wait for Microsoft engineers to resolve the issue. Otherwise, if the problem persists and the Xbox Live service is working correctly, see troubleshooting
connection issues.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, I recommend contacting your internet service provider.
