Connection issue to the division

Hi,

Been going through ubisoft support for a connection error with the division. Their servers are fine, my connection on my end is fine, NAT is open, tested all connections with success not sure what's happening, however, when it first happened while the game
was connecting I swapped controllers and had to sign into my xbox again, while the game was trying to connect. Could I of possibly glitched something with the signing in of my account?

if forza had a neck id strangle it!!!!!

I've run dozens of races on Forza 5 without an issue. What league/division are you trying to race in? Some are very empty and that could be the problem rather than a connection issue.

The Division Mic Issue

I have the Xbox one stereo headset. And in party chat, people can hear me and I can hear them. But in game, other people cannot hear me, but I can hear them (both group chat and proximity chat). Both VoIP and mic are
turned on.

When running into connection issues to a Game server we recommend following all the steps on the

Multiplayer issues guide.

If you do not see any changes please post back with photos of your network settings screen and detailed network stats.

To be sure did you run into this issue with any other games?

I've been having the same issue for two days now and would love to be playing The Division. Tried a hard reset of console and modem along with direct connecting. Network settings says i'm connected with a open NAT and everything is good, but the xbox on
the homescreen still says "connect to xbox live".

This error code means that the connection to the server has been lost.

I would try to reset your internet connection or restart your router.

If none of the above helps it could be that the servers of the division 2 are currently under maintenance or are having other technical issues
