Connection issue, signing in...out...in...

Okay, I'm at wits end with this...and hope someone can help me out here. I've always had PS4, and not 100% familiar with the XBox "OS"...but after hours of trying to get to the bottom of this....figured out I'd post on the forums.

Here 's my problem. We just moved into a new house, and due to it's location...opted for AT&T Uverse internet...which has been fine on all our other "appliances". With the XBox, I can't seem to stay logged/signed in....nor will it stay connected to a hardwired
connection...or wireless. It constantly scrolls between the two...signing me out every 30 seconds.

All the lines run to the device are all new, and other devices have no problem locating the connection. WiFi also locates our Router...but again once connected...continues to scroll between wired...and wireless. When doing a test of the connection... I get
a service interruption and that the test cannot be performed.

I've contacted AT&T, and all tests come back okay...anyone have any suggestions. I've just reset the Xbox, and upon initial set up...already cannot locate the wired connection. The tech is coming out tomorrow morning to check the new run...but figured I'd
get an idea if anyone else has had this issue...fix.

Can't Connect to Live

This annoys me to no end, but signing out and signing back in magically fixed my connection problem!

yes.. a few tricks is..
if on iphone swipe the ap away and start it fresh.
to to the 3 bars on top right and go home than go back and try and connect..

i think their can be a time delay when it connects.. i have had issues with it signing me out and having hard time finding the system all together but these seem to work the best for me.

 

BTW, this is a brand new XBox One S, Battlefield 1T system
