    Connection help


    I currently have a Xbox 360 and for the past 3 days I have been trying to watching Netflix and Hulu on my Xbox but it’s not allowing me to connect to Xbox live keeps giving me a error that it’s connected to the internet but can’t connect to Xbox live. I tried all the suggestions but nothing seems to work please help.

    Connection help

    Since you've got Halo 4, chuck it in and let it tell you what your NAT type is. If it's Open, you shouldn't have any problems (though you can actually have a few problems). If it's Moderate you can only connect to other Moderate or Open players and Strict
    NAT players can only connect to Open NAT players.

    .

    If your NAT type is Open, tell them to check theirs. If it isn't, look into opening yours, it really does help.

    Have you checked your NAT types? If it is closed that means you won't be able to connect to them.

    Is it comcasts ? is it a modem and router in one (a gateway) ?....1st thing I would try would be to try it hardwired and eliminate if its a wireless problem or not..

    get some model numbers and a brand from the router and we'll find out what it is....
