    Connection Fine But Can’t Find Any Multiplayer


    Hi all,

    Apologies if this isn’t the correct forum. I recently bought an Xbox One, but I’m having a big issue in that I can’t connect to almost any multiplayer games (I’ve tried a few games including Rainbow Six Siege & Gears of War 4). There are no issues when I
    test my network connection and multiplayer connection on the console, and my NAT is Open and the internet is fast.

    However, on all but one game I’ve tried, My Xbox cannot find a single multiplayer match to join (even after waiting 10+ minutes), so there must be something wrong somewhere (the exception is Fifa 18 for which I can eventually find a game after a lot of waiting,
    but even for this it seems like the pool of players I can match against is severely restricted).

    My tech knowledge is minimal so I really have no idea what to do or try, or what might be the cause, so your help would be hugely appreciated.

    Unable to sign in

    I keep receiving an error message saying I need to try again in a few minutes. Nay, connection, and multiplayer connection are fine. I can’t add, remove, or sign into accounts on the Xbox. Everything else is fine. I have already tried calling tech support
    and customer service.
