    For the past two weeks every time I try to access the online features of a game I get disconnected to the servers and sent back to the main menu. It has happened with Star Wars Battlefront, nba 2k15, and grand theft auto 5. Anyone have an idea as to why
    this would happen. Yes I do have xbox live gold.

    CONNECTION FAILURE

    S O M E O N E H E L P

    For the last three days my Xbox has been having a serious issue.

    As I’m mid game, my controller suddenly dies( They are not dead they are new) . I then suddenly get kicked from online. This continuously has been happening.

    Even if I just leave the controller on and don’t move anything or open an app, it’ll still disconnect along with the internet.

    The pattern seems to be first the controller looses connection, then so does my internet. I ran the test for online and they come back, “It’s all good”. I restarted my Xbox, updated, hard reset, and left it unplugged for a day along with the router.

    STILL NOT WORKING.

    I’ve had it for three years and it doesn’t seem like the type of problem it should randomly be having.

    AM I BEING HACKED ? Or does someone have the solution ?

    Connection issues with some routers , what kind of modem and router are you using?....you could also delete your profile and then download it again , may be corrupted...

  6. yeah , it deletes it from the console the you retrieve it from xbox live . or the cloud , but I'm still thinking router problems , what kind was it?

    Its a modem and a router ? if so that's a "gateway" and they have been having lots of connection issues ...if your wireless , try it wired ...best way to see if its the xbox or your equipment is to put that modem/router in "bridge mode" , that makes it ONLY
    a modem , then plug the xbox straight up to the main port ...if it works good that way , we know its in your router and may be able to tweek it...

  9. I am currently connected wired not wirelessly. I'll try what you said. But i'd also like to note that after deleting and downloading my profile back to my xbox I cannot play any games anymore. My games attempt to sync and then it gives me a message saying
    "We cannot sync your game at this time." So my xbox is currently useless.

  10. Are you in the preview program by any chance ?....if the bridge mode dosent work you may have to try a factory reset...

    Failure to connect????

    No, they're up, but I keep getting randomly kicked from matches for no reason at all. Can't be my connection since nothing else hiccups when I play online. Pretty irritating considering I do well and I get tossed back to the main menu with nothing to show
    for it. Kicked out of parties when playing it too. NAT is open and everything so I guess their servers are just being a real pain lately.

    How exactly are you unable to connect to your WiFi?

    Do you get a specific error message? Does your WiFi SSID (network name) not show up?

    Is the Xbox One connected to the WiFi but does not connect to the Internet?

    What network hardware are you using?
