CONNECTION FAILED ON MULTIPLAYER SERVERS

Hello, i am having serious troubles with my xboxlive...when i try to play a multiplayer game it says that is impossible to connect to the online game. I tried switching off the router, unplugging the lan plug behoind the xboxone, i tried all the connection
test on the console and everithing seems to be allright.

My account is connected to the xbox live but when i try the multiplayer game it doesnt connect

i tried the multiplayer connection test and says it is allright

I cannot play any kind of multiplayer game.

My NAT is open

Please answer me becouse xboxlive is useless likje this

Godamit the EA servers aren't working, all I get is a "Matchamaking failed" error message.

Startup DLC Error and Multiplayer Error

I have the same problem with that error message, but for some odd reason, when i go to multiplayer, i get an error saying something like this : "You must be logged into Xbox Live and the EA servers to play multiplayer." Then it gives me another message:
"Connection failed". And sends me back to the home screen.

Solution 2: Clear persistent storage

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Disc & Blu-Ray.
5. In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.
6. Select Clear persistent storage.
7. Restart your Xbox One console. Access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Solution 3: Clear MAC address

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings.
6. Select Advanced settings.
7. Select Alternate MAC address.
8. Select Clear.
9. Select Restart. Access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Solution 4: Remove and re-add your Microsoft account on Xbox One

Solution 5: Reset your Xbox One to factory defaults

5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.
7. On the Reset your console? screen, select Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting
   your games or apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files. After its completion, access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.
