Connection Failed issue. Why has this not been resolved?

Is there anyone out there who does NOT have this problem that can help? Spent and 1 and 1/2 on chat with xbox tech and no resolution!!!

I keep getting disconnected from Xbox Live on 360

Uh, has the issue been resolved? Bridge mode has failed me, tried it a week ago. I've heard about a service alert about intermittent connections. I am unsure if it was fixed or not.

Why has this issue still not been patched?!

After watching some footage today, I decided to buy a a game called Mayhem 3D. Knowing it was region-free, I bought it off the US marketplace as a game-on-demand download. Shortly after playing it (on my EU account), I discovered that installing this game
completely disables achievements. So here I am, with a $15 Game-on-Demand game that is completely broken for me. Is there any chance I could get a refund, or is there any word of a patch for this issue?

Have you tried filing a service order to have this replaced?

KZG Inferno. There was an issue with Xbox Live which has been resolved now -
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status this could have caused what you were seeing.

For the OP, as mentioned Watch Dogs is under heavy load and Ubisoft is working on resolving the connection issues. If connection fails try again later and you should connect just fine.
