Hey summitslaughter! To get a better idea of the issue here can I have you review our start here sticky (forums.xbox.com/.../155724.aspx) and post back the details
requested in bold? Standing by for those details.

 

Connection errors

I continue to get connection problems during play. Sometimes it will reconnect without having to exit the game but other times it must be restarted thereby losing all my winnings. It ALWAYS occurs once a round is completed.

 

same here, haven't been able to connect to BFBC2 servers in days. BF4, and 1943 still work though

 

Always try clearing your cache twice on your hard drive, then unplugging your modem, plugging back in! Happens to me all the time, fixes it... Thought EA had fixed this, when it came out for free for Gold users, guess not...

 

Can confirm that clearing cache twice and unplugging router for awhile works. Just clearing cache did not. Not sure why but it did not do the trick without the router restart.

 

For people that still have this problem it can be solved one of two ways for sure. You wait until EA deems you worthy to play the game YOU bought. Or you need to load up another game and connect to its online. Don't ask me why or how it just works. When
a friend and I have this problem we quickly run through a halo 4 mission in coop and when we come back it works. Ive had success also with watching the youtube app for a few minutes. though that doesn't work 100% of the time where as the halo thing does. Don't
know how. I also don't know if you connect to another game that uses EA if that works the same? Also if it says "connection to game sever has been lost" when finding a game, ignore it just keep joining itll let you in after a couple tries. All part of EAs
