Just rerun the test for network connection on your console so that error message is verified. If it does not connect again, the network connection troubleshooter will fix the problem for you.

Maybe a problem with your connection. what is your internet like? you using eathernet or wifi to connect the console?

 

It looks as though your Xbox is rebooting when you enter the wireless network key? Is that right?

You could try changing the router so you don't need to have a password to connect to wireless, just to see if that would make a difference. Are you able to connect via a Cat5 cable?

You could try a hard reboot by holding down the power button for about 10 seconds.

Make sure your Network settings are defaulted as well.

 

In some certain cases, the Xbox One will restart when attempting to connect to Wi-Fi. This is possibly due to an unsupported wireless encryption feature that the router is providing, causing the Xbox to crash and reboot.

Have you tried using a wired connection with an ethernet cable?
