    What is going on?? I have tried to play all day and all I get is connection error!!!! Now I am going to bed and will miss my daily prize. Please let's fix it. I had problems before with this, but not an entire day!! :-( :-(

    Problems with internet through xbox one

    Just rerun the test for network connection on your console so that error message is verified. If it does not connect again, the network connection troubleshooter will fix the problem for you.

    Maybe a problem with your connection. what is your internet like? you using eathernet or wifi to connect the console?

    Hey Megansleia! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? Check out the Casual Games FAQ for some basic troubleshooting steps and Error
    Codes & How to Fix Your Game     for some additional steps. If you could, please provide the following information as well:

    • Region:
    • Device:
    • Mobile (Y/N):
    • Operating System:
    • Wired or wireless connection:
    Additionally if you could please upload a DXDiag file to a file hosting service like OneDrive, that will greatly help us in sorting out what may be going on. Steps can be found here (Note:

    Inability to connect is getting frustrating

    and now each time i test it it changes. one time it says it's an xbox live connection error, the next it's a network connection error, and the next it's an internet connection error.
