    Connection Error


    purchased the special edition X1 for COD AW yesterday 11-4-14. It took 5 hours to download the game. Then I have received the following error. COD AW service is not available at this time please try again later. 8 hours later and I still receive the
    same error. I conducted a network settings test. I am connected to the internet just fine but when I do a Mp connection test I receive an error of 100% package loss. I have restarted both the router/modem and hard restarted the X1 and still the same issue.
    I conducted a detailed test. Download speed- 123.97, Upload speed 11.99, packet loss 100%, MTU 1480 and it does not give me a latency number. I conducted a hard restart of the router/modem and the xbox 1. Still receiving the same problem. Netflix and Youtube
    work just fine. NAT is open

    Problems with internet through xbox one

    Just rerun the test for network connection on your console so that error message is verified. If it does not connect again, the network connection troubleshooter will fix the problem for you.

    Maybe a problem with your connection. what is your internet like? you using eathernet or wifi to connect the console?

    Inability to connect is getting frustrating

    and now each time i test it it changes. one time it says it's an xbox live connection error, the next it's a network connection error, and the next it's an internet connection error.
