Connection error in Solitaire Easy Street Event

Hello,

I was competing in the Solitaire Easy Street event today and I had a connection error in one of the final challenges. It wouldn't reconnect, so I had to repeatedly complete the challenge until it finally registered. At that point, when it said it took
me 1:23 to complete the challenge, it had added almost 25 minutes to my total time, moving me out of the top three and putting me way down the list. Would somebody be able to look into this and correct my time before the event ends in less than 16 hours?

easy street event in MS solitaire collection keeps crashing after ads play.

I started playing the new easy street event this am and was only able to complete one game of solitaire. When I click on the number 2 event, an ad plays and as soon as the ad finishes, the app crashes and completely closes out on my pc. I have tried this
several times, but it continues to happen.

Please fix this issue!

June 13 easy street event

once again a commercial namely the Ruffles Courtside this time stops the event in its tracks. I am more than half way through the event and this commercial comes on and after it finishes the game shuts down, this has happened once before. Microsoft tried
to blame the players pc's the last time

windows 10, microsoft solitaire event, todays easy event rank 18th, nov 10th rank 6th, I'm guessing I'm able to beat those using a program on the harder games only

It sounds like it's the pyramid event on Solitaire collection. It's probably a technical error. They will be working on a fix for it.

I have the same question todays events on solitaire isn't working it says I need internet connection all the other games on solitaire is working

Just an update.... I am able to get into Solitaire's Daily Challenges--usually after uninstalling the Solitaire Collection, restarting the computer, going to the Windows Store, reinstalling the game, clicking the menu button (next to the "Pin to Start"
button), clicking on "Game hub," waiting for the Solitaire page to load, then clicking "Play." (Sometimes going through this routine each time I want to complete the Daily Challenges seems more trouble than it's worth, and sometimes I've had to find yet another
work-around if the above-mentioned process didn't work.) Interestingly, even though I've gotten into the game, I'm "signed in" and my progress is being saved in "the cloud," the Events section still says, "Internet Connection Required." The Event Calendar
doesn't work, either. I get the error message: "Event Loading Error\Encountered a problem with loading the events for the selected month. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Likewise, I can't access the Star Club. The Star Club gives the error message:
Error\There was a problem downloading game data for Solitaire. Please check the Solitaire FAQ at
https://aka.ms/mssolitairefaq and refer to error code 107. I am, however, able to play the regular games. Is there anyone out there who can explain what is happening, or (better yet) who can figure out the problem
with the Solitaire Collection and fix it?
