Connection dropping out every 10 minutes

Hello, I'm having some connectivity issues where my connection to live keeps cutting out every ten minutes, I was wondering if anyone could help. Thanks

okay so im having this same problem, but i try to delete my account and this pops up "there was a problem performing that action" idk im trying to rank up in league play and my connections keeps disconnecting. its really annoying

At this point i believe it is either A: xboxlive problems or B: account issue of which i myself cannot fix. I have nevwr been bannes or anything of that nature. My modem is also up to date with no recalls or isp modem swaps to a newer better one.

 

Hve you reset your router?done hard reset on your console

 

Yes there still is connection troubles

 

Have you tried Power Cycling the XB1 completely?

Turn off your XB1 by pressing the Power Button on the Console, hold the Power Button for Five Seconds when turning your XB1 back on.

Also, go to Settings > Network and check your NAT: Type.

If you're trying to play online games with friends or family and they don't have the same NAT: Type, it can be difficult to join their game or them join your game; I had this problem with my brother and once we both had our NAT: Type-Open we was able
to play Dead Rising 3 together!

You also will want to be in a "Party", first before trying to join a friends game.

Thank you, the main problem has gone but there still seems to be issues when I use the Skype app, after 10 minutes the Skype call cuts out

 

Are you using your Microsoft Account to sign in to Skype on XB1 or are you using your usual Skype Name and Password?

You can link your Skype/MSA together by going to Skype.com - I will post a few links that can hopefully be helpful to you.
