connection and gameplay issues all day!!!!!

I have had this xbox one since February and it has been nothing but trouble. I solved the shutting itself off issue and now we have another issue! I get randomly disconnected from online matches in the following games: PvsZ Garden Warfare, Forza 5, and Ghosts.
Thats all fine and dandy but now i can get effing connected to xbox live for the life of me! I have gone wired, wireless, unplugged my console and my router to no evail. Is there something going on because not only is this frustrating all of the matches that
I have been in have disconnected with only 2-4 completed out of 14. I am seriously about to tell my fiance that this giant *** brick is going back to gamestop.

Xbox Y U do Dis?

Same here bud...it's been very frequent lately and I have even unplugged my router as well thinking it was my connection..messaged a few friends the other day to see if they were having any issues and they all said the same thing. I been getting disconnected
a lot during the middle of gameplay in my single player games..sometimes back to back disconnects.

 

Can't Hear People on Xbox Live Even With an Open NAT

BTW, I hear the rest of the gameplay just fine with no issues. I just cannot hear opponents and/or teammates while I'm online. Again, happened from one day to the next without me knowingly changing any settings on my xbox or fios (internet) connection.
