Connecting XBOX with Mojang

Hello.

I recently purchased Minecraft Windows 10 edition through the Windows Store and my Minecraft.net account, as well as Mojang, fails to recognize this purchase. Any possible solutions from this end or is this a problem I should address with the folks at Minecraft.net
or Mojang?

If you purchased Minecraft through the Microsoft Store, then:

You must go to your order history (clic)
Sign in with the account you bought Minecraft (the one you used in the
Microsoft Store)
Minecraft purchase must appear (Microsoft Store)

Now, I don't understand what you want.
The Microsoft Store version is compatible with the Xbox version.

But the Minecraft.net version has nothing to do with Xbox or Microsoft Store.

So any problem you have you must solve directly with microsoft support, I leave you the link: https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

If youre familiar with technic launcher it requires a mojang account that has minecraft, and when I try purchasing Minecraft through minecraft.net it takes me to a windows and XBox site, i just so happened to have bought it from the Microsoft Store App so
I would assume their should be no reason it doesnt all link together so i assumed it was a bug on my part.

Are you trying to connect it through Mojang's website? You should be abke tk play with then then thrkugh Minecraft on the Xbox One.

Have you checked your connection? You might also want to contact Mojang, the makers of this game about it. The servers for Minecraft is apart from the Xbox server.
