    Connecting Xbox One at College


    So I'm at college and I'm trying to connect my Xbox One to the wifi. The wifi requires a username (Our ID) and a password, but when I try to connect to the wifi on xbox one it only asks for a password and there's no place to put the username, therefore the
    password is always "wrong" and I can't connect. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Connecting at a college

    I am currently at a college connected via ethernet to the internet here, I was briefly able to log on and now it won't connet anymore giving me an MTU error message but I have no idea what to do sine I am not in charge of the internet, and it doesn't make
    sense that it would work for a day or two and then stop. Can someone please help me?

    Depending on ur mobile you could log in and use it as a bridge for ur xbox other wise get a wifi range extender. Set it up using your pc and the xbox should hook into its signal.

    You may also try to use your PC/laptop/mobile to log in with it, enter username and password and then clone the MAC address to the Xbox one as alternate MAC address with the same I.

    I had the same problem you did. It's a pain. But you're gonna have to use your computers ip settings and copy them to your Xbox one after you login. (you won't be able to use both your Xbox one and computer at the same time) but... That's the work around...
