    Connecting Xbox Live Profile Online and On the Console


    I have a problem. Let me see if I can explain it the right way.

    I deleted a profile on my 360 that was connected to my Live account. I can't see anything under preferences, settings, profile or my account that says I can re-download a deleted account (I deleted profile plus items). Now, I'm trying to create a new profile
    that will show up on my 360 and on my online account so I can use Xbox Live. Anyone know how to fix it? I've tried everything it seems. Help!

    Still having problems with connecting to Xbox live. Can connect online but XBox states it can not download profile, and will not connect to profile. error code 80151011.

    Cant connect to Xbox live.

    I live in the Midwest also. Xbox one is connecting fine. Xbox 360 isn't connecting to Xbox Live. Chat help had me delete my profile and try to re-download it. ATTN: Do not do this. Now my offline games do not recognize my profile. Not at all happy with
    their broken English online chat help.

    Hi, try doing the Xbox Live connection test on your console please, this should refresh your profile and get you online instantly.

    Hey Rogue. Unfortunately, you would need to connect to Xbox Live on the console this was earned on for it to be pushed to your online profile. You may be able to get it to pop if you are online on your new console, and earn the achievement again.

    I am saying about the issue with downloading your Online Gamertag Profile, if you haven't been online or updated your profile on Live etc..

    The OP states, that he only connects to Live occasionally for console updates etc.. The console update, will download the Gamertag Profile from the Live servers, that has been saved before the OP had gotten the offline achievements etc..

    Hence, the lower Gamerpoint Score & Achievements, after console update...

    Console Updates, can happen anytime & it is recommended to stay connected to Live, to keep your points etc..

    Hi, some DLC will come up with that error if the console is not connected to Xbox Live. The DLC needs to be verified online to use it. Could you try connecting the offline console to Live and see if you get the same error.

    - Regarding licences you should be able to use your DLC so long as the profile that downloaded it is signed in but as I said some DLC will need to be verified online.
