    Connecting X BOX ONE S to a Sanyo projector


    Hello all.

    I will be purchasing an X BOX ONE S in the near future and I need some assistance with it.

    I would like to know if it is possible for me to connect my xbox one s to my sanyo projector. I will connect the xbox to the AMP. There are HDMI slots, but I am not too sure if there are AC cable slots.

    I would like to know if my X Box will work with my projector.

    After that I also want to know how buying games on x box one s works.

    Need to Hook X Box One Up to Speakers

    Was using home theater speakers with my X Box 360 using a special grey plug plugged into X Box 360 then it split into a red and white audio plug worked great with speakers. Now there is only HDMI plugs on the new X Box One, how do I connect to the speakers.
    I tried running the red and white audio wires to the projector and then directly to the speakers. I then ran the HDMI cord to the projector from the X Box one. The projector speaker works, but is too quiet, and we cannot get the sound to go to home theater
    speakers directly from the projector either. Any other cord suggestions?

    What type of xbox one also what projector model are you using?. There might a be a easy fix for this so having to ask before I get started. Seems like you have checked all the cables input sources ect so have to figure out why it isn't working.

    I have an older Sanyo Z4 (https://www.cnet.com/products/sanyo-plv-z4-lcd-projector/) projector but works fine when I connect directly via HDMI, just not when I go through the Sony receiver.

    Sony receiver? what model is that one?.

    Which Xbox One model do you have? Is it the original Xbox One, the Xbox One S, or the Xbox One X?

    What happens when you connect it to the projector? Does the projector just display no signal?

    Sanyo 32". Cheap and cheerful. No issues with XBox One and thats with a YouView box between them also.
