Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on using two headsets on one console. Unfortunately, two headsets are not able to be used on the same console. You would need to play on separate consoles to use headsets for each person.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like you'd like to connect a Bluetooth headset to the console. Now which headset specifically are you trying to connect to the console? Here is an article on the
compatible headsets for Xbox One. Unfortunately you can not connect a headset to the console using Bluetooth. I hope this information was helpful in answering your question.

If the Xbox One console doesn't detect the headset you're using, this may be due to hardware compatibility issues. Let's isolate your concern by answering the following questions:

• Where did you purchase the headset?
• Are you connecting the headset to the console via wired or wireless?

To make sure that the headset is compatible with Xbox One, we suggest checking the package you've received when you purchased the headset. See if there's an Xbox One logo on the label.
