    Connecting to Xbox Live


    I'm coming from the US and staying in Mexico for spring break and can't connect to Xbox Live at the Hotel. When the test for Xbox live fails I am prompted to go to internet explore and use their sign in page but it tells me the site may be unsafe. When I
    "proceed anyway" nothing but bare text is displayed and I can't click the "Access Internet button". It works on my other wireless devices but not this one. Any suggestions?

    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear about the issue. If this is occurring, you may need to contact the Hotel's service desk for assistance with whitelisting the Xbox 360's MAC address. Hope this gets sorted!
