    Connecting to Xbox live


    So I recently purchased a gold membership but the xbox live account that is on my xbox i have forgotten the password for. So i stupidly used another microsoft account and put my redeem code into a different account 9 one not associated with my xbox) And
    i'm unsure of what to do !

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Connecting to Xbox live

    Hi,

    You will need to download the profile that you have the membership on to do that:

    On the console go to social then sign in or out then select the download profile grey avatar. Enter your Microsoft Account email address then the password and it will start to download if all the info were correct.

    Also if you would like to recover your previous account please go to
    account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx     and follow the steps.
