Connecting to Xbox live (Xbox One)

I am always using a wired connection when using xbox live, but when I turn my xbox on, the home page displays the message "Unavailable to get this content right now, please connect to xbox live", this happens every single time I turn my xbox on. To fix
this I have to go into network settings, go "offline", wait a few minutes, then go back online. I have to do this every time I turn my xbox one on and I have no idea why it does this since I have a wired connection. Can anyone please help with any kind of
fix or solution?? (without getting a new xbox)

try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up.

Reset router too

then go set you're internet settings on you're Xbox

 

Maybe is because of the poor connection and if you have it on rest mode that will happen a lot try to change to the feature of energy saver or get better internet connection speeds

Sorry to hear about what you're currently dealing with right now.

What I would recommend that when it gives you that error is to go to network settings within the Xbox and test your multiplayer connection.

Depending on what it says then I would follow the steps here on our support site entitled ”I get an error message when I run the
‘Test multiplayer connection’ on Xbox One”.

It covers a variety of problems when it comes to networking issues and is a great self support option.

Try that out and let us know how that helped out in the resolution of the issue
