    Hi all! I recently moved into a university dorm, and the wifi here must be logged into with a username and a password. I noticed that the network settings on the Xbox One don't allow for this, so I tried sharing my computer's network connection instead.
    When I do that, my computer's wifi shows up on my Xbox successfully and my laptop says that a device is connected to my wifi. However, when I perform an internet connection test on my Xbox to connect to Xbox live, it says I can't connect to my wireless network.
    Sorry for the lengthy description, but I would REALLY appreciate if someone could tell me either how to bypass the username/password authentication so I can connect directly to the school's network, or what I'm doing wrong with my PC that it's not connecting
    properly. Thank you!

    You could bridge the connection from your PC to your Xbox. You would log into the wifi using your username and password, and the xbox would just piggy back that connection.

    Tikona installed a wireless receiver at my home connect it to my computer through LAN cable and then you can use their internet through a username and password. Tikona Requires Username and Password to be entered on 1.254.254.254 to be able to connect to
    internet.

    I am not sure of the modem make and model no.
