Connecting to xbox live problem...

Ive talked to numerous microsoft support workers over the phone and none of them can shed any light on my problem, i have basically been told they dont know what is causing my problem. What is happening to me is that i turn on my xbox and it doesnt connect
me to my internet, if i go and manually connect thatll work. When i connect to the internet netflix and gaming still does not work, i was told to go to detailed network statistics and my download speed was .12 mbps with an upload speed of 6 and latency of
112. When i do the network test on my pc (right next to my xbox) i always get a download speed between 8 and 25 mbps, ive cleared my system cache, cleared the blu ray memory and cleared my mac address on my xbox. Why is my xbox's connection speed so horrible
that i cant even use it when xfinity says my connection should be fine and my internet is fine on my computer and phone?

Any reply would be greatly appreciated as this is intensely frustrating

I'm having the exact same problem.....this is such f***ing BS. I'm connected to the internet...xbox live is working fine on the rest of the system, and yet I'm stuck in a permanent cycle of "Attention: this game requires a connection to Xbox Live" notice. This is ridiculous.

Is it hardwired or wireless?

 

I had a similiar issue with a laptop once. It ended up being the wifi antenna interfering with another antenna in my blue ray player in its vicinity. Have you tried to test wifi connectivity to/from the xbox 1 from another tv?

 

My name is gold and I have xbox live gold yet it says I don't have it and when I try to connect it says this player isn't allowed to play on Xbox live

 

I think the servers are down. I get on the Xbox store with no real issue, but can't connect with any games fora battlefield hardline. Etc

 

At what frequency is you router transmitting to the Xbox one? (2.4ghz or 5)

I had a problem with my router transmitting at 2.4ghz and it conflicted with all my other wireless devices

 

I'm having the same exact issue. No help from Xbox Support, and it's been 2 weeks+ since this issue.
