Connecting to Xbox Live not working and network is fine.

My network connection and multiplayer connection test read just fine. for whatever reason at the dashbord when i try to connect to xbox live. nothing happens.

Not Connecting to XBox LIVE

So I can't connect to LIVE this morning. Ran a network test and my XBox is connecting to the network, the network is connecting to the internet, but from there it's not connecting to XBox LIVE. My brother-in-law has his XBox and TV in the same room and he's
connected fine, my computer is connecting to the network fine, and LIVE status says it's up and running. Any ideas?

My Xbox One will not connect to network it was working fine until a few days ago and now not connecting to the network or Live on the Xbox One. It works fine on the XBOX 360 in the same room works fine and connects on the Internet but doesn't work on the
console. I have checked your network name and password several times it is not that. Any suggestions

 

xbox live shows issues right now but you can try the following......

log out of your profile , then right back in....if that dosent work , try this below.....

go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...
