    Connecting to XBox live not available


    I am trying to get my Grandaughters brand new XBox360 connected to XBox Live without success since Christmas Day. We managed to get connected on Christmas morning but haven't since then. Not being aware of the debacle later that day we deleted her profile
    and carried out a complete system reset which it seems lost her 1 month gold subscription in the process. Another gold membership was bought and we tried several times again without success. The end message is always 'Xbox Live Sign in is not avaiable at present
    please try later'. Having to go through all that laborious typing page after page (I have to add parental controls/credit card details/address etc etc) and then get this message is, to put it mildly, infuriating. I have also switched my wireless router (Talk
    Talk Fibre Broadband) on and off and the connection test passes correctly through to XBox Live, so what can the problem be?

    Live worked yesterday , not today... different codes!!!

    unfortunately not ... whenever i try to test xbox live connection , i get various errors MTU , ICMP , IP etc... and it gets various stages along connecting , right up to the point of connecting to xbox live but then states xbox live is not available....although
    this has happened and i could get friend notifications of whose online and have partially downloaded my profile but does not allow me to connect as it did last night...

    No. Game updates are only available by connecting to Live.

    Packet Loss Not Available

    Xbox live multiplayer

    Nat type.. Terado is unable to qualify. This could block you from playing multiplayer games.

    Server connectivity blocked this could block you from playing multiplayer games.

    Annoying issue/bug with arcade games cover art?

    It's because either there is no Full Cover Art and/ or no Connection with Xbox LIVE. If you are Connected with Xbox LIVE, it's simply there is no current Full Cover Art available for that Title.

    Can you connect to Xbox Live, or is it when you are connected to Xbox Live not all content is available to you? Are there any error messages you are receiving?

    The Xbox 360 cannot actually connect to Xbox Live as per the list of countries that the Xbox Live service is available in. While Xbox Live is available in China, its only for PC/Xbox One and the Xbox 360's Xbox Live is no longer available or never was in
    the first place as denoted by the asterisk next to China on the list.
