Connecting To Xbox Live Gold

Hello 4 days ago i got the xbox live gold 1 month trail from a computer.

when i started my xbox i checked in the settings - subscription and its says i don't have gold.

i waited 4 days and i did full restart (reconnect the power) and still nothing.

if it help i live in Israel. the network is fine.

please help.

Not sure what you mean by "membership area". There's no special area that gold members have access to.

Xbox Live Connection Error

I tried to log in to my Xbox Live profile, and it said I couldn't connect to Xbox Live. Under the message it said the numbers "80151909"

It's been like this for about a week. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

P.S. I've tried connecting to one of my accounts that doesn't have Xbox Live Gold, and that didn't let me log in either.

 

Typically when buying Gold a 25 character code is provided, this is typically Emailed to the account associated with purchase. Ensure that you check this and enter the code via Store - Redeem Code. If you have entered the code then be sure

Did you purchase the Gold directly from Microsoft, either on the store or Xbox store of did you purchase through another party such as Ebay, or CDKeys etc. ?

 

If you didn't buy the Gold directly from Microsoft then you will get a code emailed to you from the company you bought it from typically or the not so good part is that the money has gone to waste.

 

I am having the exact same problem. When I check my subscriptions on the 'My Account' page online, it shows the free trial, but it hasn't shown up on my console & it's been more than 2 days. I've tried restarting my console and just about anything else I've
read, but still nothing. I just purchased Black Ops 3 to play online and it's getting really frustrating not being able to. Can someone please help us out?
