    Hi im having problems with my xbox one connecting to my wifi and i spoke to xbox advisers yesterday and they said its to do with the preview update and im wondering if this is happening to any1 else and are they resolving this proble?

    Hey there Wolf! I assume you are having some issues connecting to LIVE at this time, but this information doesn't tell us a whole lot. Can you simply explain what you are experiencing; are you unable to connect, getting disconnected, or something else? Let

    Greetings, howlingwolf. Can you describe the exact error message? Are you able to connect to any other networks, or does this only happen when trying to connect to the hotspot? Any extra details you can provide would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    Is your phone connected to the wifi or mobile data?

    I belive you have to be connected to the same WiFi as the xbox do the first connect.
    Phone is connected to Wifi.

    Are you playing with mobile connection or with wifi connection?

    Mobile connection is not strong enough to keep your account connected to the server. Best is to connect with wifi connection.

    if wired connection is working fine - use it

    if u need to use WIFI connection - disable wifi networking on router, set new name (ssid) enable wifi networking from router (keep secure with wpa2/psk at least), SET Wifi Channel to default, and SET COUNTRY ! try to connect through wifi
