Connecting to WiFi but not to Xbox Live.

Ive been having an issue with this for 6 days now.

I was playing xbox last friday and all of a sudden i got disconnect from xbox live and i couldnt connect back.

So, this is what happens when i connect to my wifi;

It connects and comes up with “Everything is good. Your console is connected to the internet”.

When it takes me back to the Network page it says

“The following services are experiencing issues:

For a more complete description go to xbox.com/status”

I can’t play games purchased from the xbox store, I cant even use Netflix.

I know my WiFi is working fine because its connected to all other devices in the house.

I originally thought it was a problem with my WiFi, so I connected my xbox using my personal hotspot. It connects straight away and i can access xbox live fine.

So, I thought it most by my Xbox One X thats the problem, so I bought a brand new Xbox One S to see if it was, low and behold, the exact same issues with the Xbox One S, connects to the internet but wont connect to xbox live, but still lets me connect to
the internet and xbox live with my personal hotspot.

So after all that it led me to believe it must be my router not working and blocking my xbox from connecting, so i contacted my network provider and they sent me a new router and its still not connecting to xbox live but is to the internet.

I’ve tried many different options to try and get it to work.

I’ve done;

Hard reset my router

Hard reset my Xbox One X

Factory Reset my router

Factory reset my Xbox One X

Brand new router

Brand new Xbox One S

Changing my WiFi channels.

I’m at an absolute loss here and contemplating selling both of my Xbox consoles and moving over to PlayStation. I’ve been an Xbox Live member for 8 years now and really don’t want to do that.

Please help!!
