Connecting to Timewarner Cable wireless

Just purchased a XBOX One and I have everything connected properly but my wireless connection is not going through, I heard at Gamestop they have received the same complaints. Timewarner is my wireless provider. Gamestop did tell me that you/Microsoft
had a solution and to contact you. I need the wireless solution please!!!

Help getting Windows 10 xbox app to see Xbox One

Oh. and both my PC and Xbox one are connected to the network with a cable. They aren't connected wireless.

How is it connecting wired or wireless? Have you tried to change how you connect? if wireless tried cable? if cable a different cable?

I'm not sure what solution you're reffering to, but we do have a guide that can help. If all devices are having issues connecting with your wireless you might want to contact your ISP for some troubleshooting though.

I'm from the US. The problem seems to be with Timewarner cable/road runner. So I'm assuming its nationwide.

TimeWarner is at 866-489-2669. Tell them traceroute shows they're misdirecting port 3074 traffic which ruins the Xbox connection.

Thats a network related error code. Are you connected by wireless or cable? If you are connected by wireless can you try by cable?
