connecting to router and internet but not live

Howdy,

I've tried everything that I can think of....

My live has worked fine and then randomly stopped connecting. Pretty much just used it for netflix but have been gearing up to go to gold so I can play with my brother in Alaska. I've got a wired connection and I cannot connect to live from wired or wireless.
It does, however, connect to the router and to the internet...fails a live. I've port forwarded, set static IP, changed my upnp to disable...on and on and on. Even done full factory resets on my router. There have been no hardware changes. I've also removed
most recent update that I had. It will not re download the update, cannot download my profile either.

Got an Xbox One, dead upon arrival.

I wonder if mine is about to break sometimes it turns on and takes forever to connect to Live. I have to go to settings and it says no internet connection. I have to wait and then it will connect to my router. It is annoying.

 

Connecting to router but not Internet or Xbox Live

I have been having this issue for the past month and honestly it is so frustrating I just give up and get on my computer. I've already called XBL support about 50 times and every timeI have to explain.... YES I reset my Xbox to factory defaults... YES I
already tried to connect with my home computer. It works fine.... NO I cant connect my Xbox via a wired connection... that's why I have the WIRELESS adapter. I have no Idea what to do. I did switch ISP recently but after I changed It was working fine. In
fact better than ever before. But now this.... I'm so frustrated I've even considered just dropping my XBL account to silver. at least that way I'm not paying for a service I cant use...

As far as the router goes it is a Cisco (linksys) E2500. The Modem isn't really a modem, it is an over the air internet system (line of sight).

I do not receive any other error codes that I am aware of.

No I have not upgraded to gold yet...my brother is just settling into his place but that is the intention.
