connecting to my hotspot with xbox one

Hi All Happy new year

Ok im using BTwifi with Fon, so have no hub or router but a Linksys network adapter

When I first set up the xbox on the 23 December there was no problem seemed to find the network ok. however now no matter what I try I cannot get onto xbox live,

Support have been rubbish in fact today it was suggested that I get a ps4 by the support staff. That's because I explained that my friends ps4 can use my hotspot with no problem at all

im gutted over ten years I have been with xbox now im being treated like this

any help or advice please

furthermore I can use my friends phone tethered and that works fine???

Cannot connect to wifi network

My Xbox One has stopped connecting to my home wifi. Keeps telling me that the password does not match the network. I have reset the console and the router. Password works fine on both my laptop and phone so I know I have no issue with there.

I have also tried connecting my console to my phone as a hotspot and again still get the same problem.

There was an update to my Xbox one and ever since not connecting to my network either wired or wireless

It connects to my mobile hotspot though

Anyone face this issue

Please let me know if you have managed to fix
